Human Leadership Programmes
We have partnered with Twyla Learning since 2019 to help facilitate its human leadership programmes (Pathfinders and Leadership Academy). We’ve also helped design, develop and facilitate the Rising Stars programme for Capgemini – specifically, for the emerging talent and leaders of Capgemini’s Financial Services and Insights and Data teams. Each year these immersive and experiential programmes, which focus on leading self, leading others and building culture, are experienced by 100s of employees.
Twyla combines human-centred design, creative learning methods and transformative facilitation for all its learning experiences. It’s a great joy for us to be a part of bringing these experiences to the people of Capgemini.
