Vanessa is an accredited executive coach and founder of Vanessa Wye Coaching.
She has over 20 years’ coaching experience, working with senior leaders all over the globe – and enabling them to be the very best version of themselves.
Vanessa specialises in the one-to-one and team coaching of senior business people to deliver higher value to their organisations. She facilitates senior leaders to shine with confidence and skilfully exert more influence; to better navigate relationships and complexity; and to expertly deal with change and conflict – all of which helps them secure more and more success. Her coaching is transformational. Vanessa believes emotion can drive thinking and decisions – so working with information about feelings is important. All coaches operate within a wider system of stakeholders that needs to be examined and worked with for successful transformation.

Vanessa has multiple academic and coaching qualifications. She is a Professional Certified Coach accredited by the ICF and the AoEC. She studied Psychology (BSc Hons) at University, has a Master level Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, an International Systemic Team Coaching Certificate, and a Certificate in Executive Coaching Supervision. She is also a Certified NLP Coach & Business Practitioner and is licensed in numerous psychometrics, including MBTI, DISC, MSCEIT and Team Connect 360.
